Safari history does not sync

Hello!

My Safari history wont sync across my devices. My bookmarks and the read later works just fine. I've tried resetting my iCloud password, relogging on all devices and turning Safari iCloud settings on and off. Nothing seems to fix it.

I've got a MacBook Pro (2012), an iPhone 5S and an iPad (3rd generation).

Does anyone know what to do?
